Madden Industrial Craftsmen Incorporated

Privacy Policy

Information You Provide

Our registration and application forms require applicants to give us contact information and additional information about their employment preferences and qualifications. The applicant may also submit a resume. The applicant's contact and personal information is used to contact them when necessary, and to send automatic notifications of matching job opportunities. When a candidate submits a resume, whether electronically or otherwise, Madden Industrial Craftsmen, Inc. retains the right to post that resume to our web site for examination by our registered clients.

MICI will remove the name and contact information for the candidate, as well as any other reference information deemed unnecessary for a client to make a decision as to interest in the candidate.

E-mail addresses submitted to MICI during registration will be used only for the purposes of MICI staffing services. Applicant contact information is used only for delivering MICI services and is kept confidential. This information will not be sold or otherwise distributed to third parties for purposes other than those outlined above. We have taken measures to assure both the physical and electronic security of the data we store.

Choice/Opt-Out

This site gives applicants the option of removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our services. If you wish to exercise any of these options, send an e-mail to support@mici.com

Security

MICI takes every precaution to protect applicant information. When an applicant submits sensitive information via the website, that information is protected both online and off-line.

When an applicant opts to use services from MICI, those transactions take place in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) environment. When the applicant is on a secure page, such as the employment application form, they should notice that the lock icon on the bottom of their browser (Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer) becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when the applicant is in an unsecured environment.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect your information off-line. All applicant information is restricted in our offices, not just the sensitive information referred to above. Only employees who need the information to perform their job are granted access to that information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on MICI's security and privacy practices. Our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place upon privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.

Finally, the servers where we store personal information are kept in a protected environment, with multiple, redundant security features. If you have any questions about the security at MICI, please don't hesitate to contact us at: support@mici.com.

Notification of Changes

This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the website. Changes will be prominently posted. MICI visitors will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. Please check this site regularly for information about revisions to our privacy policy.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using MICI's website, you signify your agreement to this Privacy Statement. MICI reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement at any time. Any revisions will be posted on this site. Please check this page periodically for changes.
