Our Hiring Process

Here's what you can expect when you apply for a job with Madden Industrial Craftsmen:


Step 1:

You'll be asked to fill out and submit a detailed written application.
Step 2:

You'll then be asked to watch a safety video and take a follow up test to determine your safety awareness and knowledge.


Step 3:

You will be asked to take a brief integrity testing questionnaire.
Step 4:

We will review the documentation of your certifications and licenses to ensure your qualifications are up-to-date.


Step 5:

We will also interview you to evaluate all the application materials, as well as to assess your skills and discuss your placement options.


Step 6:

For key skills that are difficult to assess through the interview, you will be asked to undergo additional skills testing.
Step 7:

We will then use our state-of-the-art computer software program to facilitate searches that provide the best correlation between your experience and skills and our job openings.


Step 8:

Once we place you in an opening, we will follow-up with you and the employer to ensure complete satisfaction.

Orientation for New Employees


Once you have been selected for assignments, you will be oriented in the standards and processes established by Madden Industrial Craftsmen.


During the orientation process, we will review:

  • Benefits and Compensation
  • Instruction on Workplace Safety
  • Workers' Comp Procedures
